SecureDocs, Inc. is looking for a qualified Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist role will focus on leading SecureDocs' growing event strategy and will work across the marketing department to strategize, execute, implement, and measure marketing campaigns that drive demand generation and improve customer engagement. This role requires an individual that is a utility player and able to perform a wide range of marketing duties.  The Marketing Specialist role is full-time and reports to the Vice President of Marketing. 

Duties Can Include:

  • Lead SecureDocs’ growing event and trade show strategy including identifying key events and handling all pre and post-show logistics 
  • Work with marketing and sales to develop event-specific strategy and objectives
  • Spearhead initiatives to meet objectives, including lead generation, customer advocacy, brand awareness, and more
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic and demand for the SecureDocs, Inc. suite of products
  • Build marketing assets in our marketing automation system, HubSpot
  • Manage and update website content, including copywriting and testing key messages
  • Assist content creation, including blog posts, whitepapers, emails, and web pages
  • Create and manage various email campaigns and nurture flows, including implementing designs, content, and testing
  • Perform email A/B testing in order to improve email performance
  • Plan and execute promotional plans for new content pieces
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Any other marketing duties as needed

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent
  • 2-5 years marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Previous experience in coordinating and managing events and measuring their success
  • Ability to work as a utility player and perform a wide range of marketing functions
  • Excellent understanding of content strategy, especially as it relates to buyer personas and the buyer’s journey
  • Strong understanding of email marketing concepts
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- this role will require writing content
  • Advanced technology user, experience in marketing automation (bonus if it’s HubSpot) and Salesforce a plus
  • Desire to learn and research latest trends and use this to improve process
