Yes, your trial data room will automatically convert should you wish to move to a paid subscription. You will not need to duplicate any of the work you have done in setting up your data room, adding documents, inviting users, etc.
SecureDocs Virtual Data Room has a built-in archiving feature you can use for free. If you would prefer a disk, we can supply one for $300 per copy for data rooms up to 20GB in size. If you have a large room and would like the data archived to a hard drive we use a secure Lenovo device and the price is $500 total. Contact us for a quote if your room is over 20GB. Standard shipping within the US is included, international or expedited shipping will be charged in addition, rates are sourced from www.ups.com. Yes, there are no restrictions. SecureDocs is designed for the storage and sharing of documentation so we do have a fair use policy within our terms (that we've never had to enforce but SecureDocs would not, for example, be the right product to store an extensive movie archive!).
Absolutely, many clients opt to move to our long term price plan following a transaction such as fundraising. With our unlimited data policy you can archive a transaction within SecureDocs and continue to build your document record the for the next one.
Contact your account manager (or e-mail email@example.com or call 866-700-7975) and we will send out an order form. The order form is sent via our electronic signature system and requires just a typed signature to accept, a countersigned copy will be sent to you by return. A link to a secure credit card authorization form will also be sent.
For 3 month contracts we require payment via credit card and we accept all major providers. A secure link to a credit card authorization page will be sent along with an order form. For 12 month contracts we would greatly appreciate payment via credit card but understand that is not always possible. An account manager will be able to provide an invoice with details for payment via ACH or wire transfer.
Absolutely, we have clients all over the world as SecureDocs is highly responsive irrespective of location. Ideally payment for the service would be via credit card but we will accept wire transfers in US dollar currently for clients subscribing on an annual term.

Electronic Signature became available to new customers from March 1st 2017 and allows SecureDocs customers to enable 5 users with a license to send documents out for signature. Recipients of contracts do not need a license to sign them, nor do they need a User log in to your data room to sign. Customers who need more than 5 users enabled with an Electronic Signature license can contact our Account Management team for assistance (firstname.lastname@example.org). Additional licenses are available in packs of 5 at $1200/yr. Customers who signed prior to March 1st 2017 are welcome to stay on their existing plan or move to current pricing to receive the Electronic Signature feature, again our Account Management team can assist (email@example.com).
