This morning we hosted a fantastic webinar, "The Art Of The Deal," featuring Peter Weinstein of One3IP Management. Peter is the CEO and founder of One3 IP Management and shared his expertise on the steps and art of negotiating licensing deals.
During his presentation, he reviewed the necessary first steps of any licensing deal- understanding who to contact, determining what you want to give up, and deciding the timeframe you need the deal to be completed in. Peter went on to cover the basic tenets of negotiation- the do's and don'ts that anybody walking into negotiations should know.
