When we were presented with an opportunity to join forces with another innovative company that shares a similar set of values and an unwavering commitment to customers, we knew it was too good to pass up.
We are excited to share that SecureDocs has been acquired by Onit, the market leader in enterprise legal management, enterprise contract lifecycle management, and business process automation solutions. Through this acquisition, SecureDocs will integrate with Onit subsidiary SimpleLegal, a leading provider of spend, matter, and vendor management software.

By acquiring SecureDocs and its suite of products — including SecureDocs Virtual Data Room, ContractWorks Contract Management Software, and ReadySign Electronic Signature Software — Onit strengthens its position as a modern-day leading contract lifecycle management provider, expands its market reach, and diversifies its product portfolio to include solutions for enterprises and mid-sized companies.
By integrating SecureDocs with SimpleLegal, companies of all sizes will now have a more comprehensive range of solutions when looking to modernize and streamline business processes.
